After successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent immediately (please check your spam folder). The online registration is open until 05 September 2025. If you register before Sunday, 31 August 2025, you will receive a personalised bib number. The transponder is integrated in the race number, so no deposit or return is necessary!
By submitting their registration, participants confirm that they agree with the Conditions of competition. The organiser wishes to emphasise that part of the running course leads through alpine terrain. Runners declare that they are aware of the potential risks resulting from falls. The organiser assumes no liability for theft or other damage claims. Runners take part in the event at their own risk. In particular, runners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary physical fitness to participate.
After 05.09.2025 it is only possible to register on-site on Saturday, 6 September from 14:00 to 16:30 and on Sunday, 7 September from 07:30 to 09:00.
The course around Lake Achensee covers tarmac, gravel, and alpine terrain. Runners should choose the right shoes for this combination. In wet conditions, we recommend shoes with plenty of grip.
The race is open to solo runners or 2-person relay teams. The longer distance (14 kilometres) is on flat gravel or asphalt, while the shorter stage (9.2 kilometres) features a climb over 171 metres of elevation on a demanding trail.
Yes, that is possible. However, runners must submit two separate registrations and will receive two separate bib numbers for the two events.
Runners who do not reach the refreshment station in Achenkirch by 12.00 will not receive an official time and will not appear in the official finsher list. They will also not be able to use services such as the refreshment stations. They are entitled to continue the run, however they do so at their own rish.
Yes. Clothes can be handed over to a member of staff at one of the information boots in the start/finish area.
There are five refreshment stations along the course and one at the finish line.
The relay run participants can use a ship of the Achenseeschifffahrt free of charge until 4.00 p.m. for the return journey to the finish and start area. This year you will receive a ticket when picking up your start number. For timetables visit www.achenseeschifffahrt.at

You can change information submitted by you (name, sports club, etc.) by clicking the link in your confirmation email. The provider will charge a service fee of EUR 15.00. The deadline for changes is 31 August.
No. There is no limit to the number of participants.

If you find a pair of sunglasses, a purse, jewellery, etc. along the way, you are welcome to hand in the valuable items at one of the feed stations or at the information desk in the finish area. An exact description of where the item was found will help us find the owner.
There is free parking near the start/finish. There are also other pay parking lots nearby. Members of the local fire brigade will direct visitors to the correct parking locations and it is important to observe the event signage.
Camping is only allowed on the campsites at Lake Achensee.
If you cannot participate in the race, you can change the data yourself by clicking the link in your confirmation email. The provider will charge a service fee of EUR 15.00. Changes are possible until 31 August.
The timing system is run by Raceresult.
The transponder is integrated in the bib number.
The gross time is the time run from the starting signal to the personal finish, regardless of the actual time of crossing the start line. The net time is the actual running time, i.e. the time that elapses from crossing the start line to the finish.
We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance when registering online to receive a refund of the entry fee in the event of illness (excluding extra fees and retention).
In case of non-attendance of the booked event due to acute or involuntary illness or accident*, a claim notification must be filled out online within 7 days and a medical confirmation as proof of the existence of such a reason for the reimbursement of the start fee.
* The following cases shall not be considered as illness or accident, and thus not be covered by any claim: Pregnancy, birth, planned surgery, spa stays, rehab stays, any health restrictions associated with chronic illnesses, if the illness was known at the time the contract was concluded, as well as illnesses, operations and accidents of family members (uninsured persons) etc.
There are free showers at the finish area.
