Race Rules and Conditions

By registering and submitting my data, I acknowledge and agree to the following race rules and conditions:

I am aware that my participation involves inherent risks. I hereby confirm that the event organizer cannot be held liable for any injuries I may sustain. My participation in this sporting event is voluntary. I confirm that I have valid personal liability insurance and personal accident insurance that covers my participation. Should I cause injury to anyone else or damage their property, I accept full responsibility and guarantee to indemnify the organizer, Achensee Tourismus, against any related losses.
I will not make any claims against the organizers, sponsors, neighbouring communities, or their representatives for any damage or injury that may arise from my participation.
For my own safety and the safety of all other participants, I agree to comply with all safety and conduct rules set forth by the organizer. I also acknowledge that access restrictions may apply on the day of the event, which I must strictly observe.
The use of poles and headphones, including bone conduction headphones, is strictly prohibited.
Once participants have reached the trail section (Gaisalmsteig) in the second stage in Achenkirch, overtaking is strictly prohibited.
All runners must pass the refreshment station/finish line in Achenkirch by 11.45 at the latest. If you arrive after this time, you may continue the race at your own risk (without a race number), but you will not be included in the official rankings. After 11.45, refreshment stations, first aid posts, and emergency services will be withdrawn from the course, following the last official runner. The final cut-off time for the finish line in Achenkirch is 11.45, and the overall finish line in Pertisau closes at 14.00.
Dogs are not permitted.
I declare that I am sufficiently trained for this competition and that I am in good physical health. I have consulted a medical professional regarding my fitness to participate.
Emergency services and safety staff will support participants along the entire route and ensure the event runs safely. I agree that emergency services may remove me from the competition if my health is deemed unstable, and I will follow their instructions immediately.
Should special COVID-19 measures be in place at the time of the event (e.g., 2G, 2G+, or 3G rules), I acknowledge that my participation is contingent upon meeting these requirements, and I will otherwise be excluded from the event.
I agree that the data provided in my registration may be used for advertising purposes. I confirm that the date of birth I have provided is correct and that I will not pass on my race number to another person without the organizer’s knowledge. I understand that I will be disqualified if I alter the official race number in any way, particularly if I make the race bib advertising invisible or unrecognizable.
I acknowledge that the organizer reserves the right to exclude me from the event if I am found to have violated any of the above obligations.
Data protection information (as per legal requirements): Your registration data will be read and processed by automated systems.

Photo and Media Consent

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and grant the following rights:

Achensee Tourismus has the right to create and use audio recordings, video recordings, and photographs taken during the event. This includes the right to use my name, image, and voice for any purpose (including, but not limited to, merchandising, commercial use, advertising, editorial content, or other purposes) across all media, worldwide and for an unlimited period.
Achensee Tourismus is entitled to use, send, transmit, display, reproduce, and/or make the recorded material publicly accessible and available via any medium. This use includes, but is not limited to, print and internet media.
Achensee Tourismus is entitled to modify the recorded material in any way and without restriction. This includes, but is not limited to, short-term interruption, editing, and other types of modifications to the material.
Furthermore, Achensee Tourismus is entitled to transfer the rights granted herein to third parties. I understand that the selection and use of any material does not require my further consent.
I am also aware that I may not be identified as a participant in the event. Should I nonetheless be named in connection with the event or appear in event material, I do not expect any financial benefit from this.
